Kelsey Grammer & Kayte Walsh "Can't Wait" to Start a Family

Despite the family drama that Kelsey Grammer is currently dealing with, the actor and new wife Kayte Walsh are looking forward to having kids of their own.

"(We) can't wait," Walsh, 29, told Us Weekly at Sunday's Tony Awards about becoming a parent with Grammer, 56.

Sadly, Walsh miscarried a baby in September before they were married and shortly after Grammer filed for divorce from Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star Camille Grammer. But Walsh says that seeing her husband with his four children only makes her want a baby with him even more.

"He's such a good father. I've never known a man like him," Walsh says of her man. "He's just so full of love and he's wonderful. You couldn't ask for more."

Unfortunately Kelsey's two kids with Camille, 9-year-old daughter Mason and 6-year-old son Jude, are currently caught in the middle of their parents' custody battle. Both parents are fighting for primary custody, but Kelsey says he's only trying to do what's best for the children.

"I made a conscious decision that I wouldn't be at least playing on my personal life in front of the cameras -- that's just disrespectful, I think, for the whole situation, (and) for Kayte as well," he told reporters. "It's very hard at this point. But I'm not going to say much about that. I'm going to do my best to make sure my kids are always OK."

Estella Warren Charged with DUI, Battery

Well, this is certainly not model behavior.

Estella Warren was formally charged Thursday for a May 23 incident in which she allegedly crashed her Toyota Prius into three cars in Los Angeles, and then fled the scene of the accident. The Planet of the Apes star was eventually tracked down by cops, when she failed a sobriety test, resisted arrest, and was finally taken into custody.

But the drama didn't even end there! While at the police station, Warren attempted to make a run for it, but was caught by police before getting very far.

On Thursday, she was charged with four misdemeanors: DUI, hit-and-run driving, battery on a law enforcement officer and resisting arrest. The Planet of the Apes did avoid being charged with a count of escape, which is a felony, because she hadn't formally been arrested at the time she made a run for it.

Warren posted $100,000 bail, and still faces up to two-and-a-half years in prison, should she be convicted on all charges.

Demi Moore Speaks Out Against Elephant Cruelty

Making a preemptive strike to hope that her voice helps sway voters, Demi Moore has written a letter to the Fulton County Board of Commissioners in regards to the treatment of elephants.

The Board of Commisioners will be voting on a proposal that would protects elephants in circuses by banning the use of bullhooks in the county - which Miss Moore desperately wants to ensure passes.

The always-active "Ghost" actress said in her letter:

"Dear Commissioner:

I am writing in support of a proposal that would protect elephants in circuses by banning the use of bullhooks and similar devices in Fulton County.

A bullhook is an ugly device that looks like a fireplace poker?it's a heavy rod with a sharp metal hook and spike on one end that is used by trainers to beat, jab, hook, and yank elephants in order to force them to perform difficult and confusing tricks. Their use also leads to injuries such as puncture wounds and abscesses.

My friends at PETA have gathered irrefutable evidence showing that the use of bullhooks to abuse elephants in circuses is routine. A recent undercover investigation of the Ringling Bros. and Barnum & Bailey Circus revealed that elephants were struck repeatedly with bullhooks in order to intimidate them and remind them that they need to do as they're told or suffer the painful consequences. And photos from Ringling's training compound illustrate that this abuse starts at a very early age. Baby elephants are torn from their mothers, bound with ropes, slammed to the ground, and gouged with bullhooks during violent training sessions. A trainer with the one of the elephant suppliers for UniverSoul Circus was caught on video viciously attacking elephants with a bullhook and instructing others to sink bullhooks into elephants' flesh and twist them until the animals screamed in pain.

Today, elephant sanctuaries and most zoos?including Zoo Atlanta?never use bullhooks or other weapon-like tools to punish elephants. Corporal punishment has been replaced with positive reinforcement, such as treats and praise. I hope you will extend that inherent decency to elephants used in circuses. I urge you to ban bullhooks. The elephants deserve our kindness, respect, and protection.

And she admits that "when you hear your own voice, you can find it quite boring and uninteresting. Suddenly, you get very shy that your voice is not enough, because I'm not musical and I don't know my voice." Especially because costar Jack Black provided such inspiration to Jolie, because of his dual background in music as well as acting.

"I was crazy about him," Jolie says. "I had seen him in everything he'd done, but what I really knew him for was music. I don't have musical talent, so I always thought it was really cool that he could be an actor to a lot of us but equally a rock star." And for the Jolie-Pitt brood, "they think Jack Black is always cooler than mom."

Jolie found herself nervous yet again when she took the kids to see a rough cut of the film. She and partner Brad Pitt -- whose home life has been described as "organized chaos" -- were concerned that there might be "a big discussion that night about adoption and orphanages." But, said Jolie, "We've got kids of all ages. So we joked that we had our own focus group."

Everyone loves a good thriller flick, and Clive Owen's new film ?Intruders? has just released a new teaser trailer.

While the movie isn?t due to hit theaters until October 7th, it seems that there?s already plenty of hype for this project.

Exciting News

I have all but abandoned this blog and, for that, I am sorry. I am, however, going to get back to it because... wait for it, wait for it... I'm moving to LA for six months starting in June and I'm going to share every dirty detail with you!

You see, Mark and my good friend Patty are executive producers of a new television show that will be taping in New York from June to November. Instead of him getting his own apartment here, we thought it would be more fun to trade places. It's going to be like The Holiday and I get to be Kate Winslet. I'M GOING TO HAVE A CAR AND EVERYTHING. (Watch. Out.)

I'm looking forward to a change of scenery and have other friends out there besides him. Also, the movie is being released at the end of September, so it will be fun to be out there for that.

So anyway, that's what I've been up to—planning all this and getting ready for my (temporary) move. Stay tuned!
